Chairman of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Laskar (LAKI) Kubu Raya, Doddy S. Jafar, urged the police to thoroughly investigate the alleged sale of community land involving a village head.

In his statement, Doddy asked investigators not only to examine the village head as the seller, but also the buyer and officials involved in the case.

We suspect that there is potential for document falsification in this buying and selling process. Therefore, we hope that the investigation will not only stop at examining the village head, but will also touch the buyer and officials who may be involved," said Doddy to the media crew on Sunday (12/1 /25).

Doddy emphasized the importance of resolving this case to court level so that it can provide a deterrent effect to the perpetrators.

We hope that this case will not only stop at the investigation stage, but will be resolved in court"This could be an important lesson for other village heads not to carelessly sell community land, he added.

LAKI Kubu Raya also appealed to people who felt disadvantaged by the actions of the Kuala Mandor A village head to immediately report to the police.

If there are people whose rights have been transferred unilaterally by this person, report it immediately so that it can be followed up according to applicable law," concluded Doddy.

This case is currently attracting public attention, considering that community land should be protected for the common good, not to be bought and sold illegally.*/
